“Directed by Irena” is a result of a 15 year of multidisciplinary creative path. As an event manager,
event director, performance designer and show-caller, my working style is known for a personalized approach to events of all scales, a willingness to push boundaries and a knack for turning ideas upside-down to achieve fresh and elevated result.

Beyond this, my academic background in International Relations, multilingual skills, international work environments, visual thinking, passion for art, dance and design and natural drive for continuous growth, enable me to set ambitious challenges for myself on every project, resulting in outstanding experiences.

I stand for high standards, because I can provide them - Reshaping and Reimagining.
